Isti krem iz manjeg kalupa. :)
Sastojci
1/2 l. mleka
6 zumanaca
150 gr. secera
1 dcl. slatke pavlake
1 vanila secer
15 gr. zelatina
i jos 2,5 dcl slatke pavlake
Zelatin preliti sa 4 kasike vode i ostaviti da nabubri.
Mikserom umutiti zumanca i secer da postane penasta i svetla smesa. Staviti mleko da prokuva i tako vrelo polako sipati u umucena zumanca, lagano mesajuci. Ponovo vratiti sada ovu smesu od mleka i zumanaca na vatru i mesajuci zagrejati do pred kljucanje, skolniti sa sporeta, dodati zelatin, dobro izmesati da se zelatin istopi, zatim dodati 1 dcl. tecne slatke pavlake i ostaviti da se hladi. Kada se ohladi i zgusne na otprilike gustinu sirupa, dodati cvrsto umucenu slatku pavlaku (2,5 dcl.)i sipati u hladnom vodom obliven kalup. Da bi krem lakse izasao iz kalupa, potopite ga oko 2/3 na nekoliko sekundi u vrelu vodu.
