Sastojci
250 gr. lisnatog testa
200 gr. slanine
200 gr. krem sira
50 gr. tvrdog sira, po zelji
50 gr. parmezana
2 dcl. tecne pavlake
3 jajeta
5 kasika prezli
so, malo bibera
Priprema
Rastanjiti lisnato testo, ali ne jako tanko, i rasporediti ga u kalup za pecenje precnika oko 25 cm. Testo na nekoliko mesta izbosti viljuskom, staviti ga u zagrejanu rernu na 200 stepeni i peci desetak minuta. Susenu slaninu iseci na kockice i proprziti na jacoj temperaturi nekoliko minuta u tiganju. Tecnu pavlaku i krem sir dobro umutiti da postane glatka smesa, dodati jaja pa sve zajedno jos jednom umutiti (mikserom ili rucno), dodati i 50 gr. rendanog tvrdog sira i prezle, malo posoliti, dodati i malo bibera i izmesati. Lisnato testo koje se vec malo ispeklo posuti sa kasikom prezli, rasporediti pecenu slaninicu, preliti umucenom smesom, posuti parmezanom i peci jos oko pola sata na 200 stepeni.
